Privacy policy
The short version. You can use every calculator without signing up, and your measurements stay on your phone. We only hold data when you buy something or use the AI assistant. There are no ads and no accounts. We never sell your data.

What we collect, and why

We do not collect your contacts, your location, your advertising ID, or anything from your camera roll. Photos you add to the site book stay on your device.
Who we share it with
We use these service providers. RevenueCat, Cloudflare, Anthropic and TelemetryDeck process data only to provide their service to us. Apple and Google also use data under their own privacy policies (Apple, Google).
- Apple and Google take payments through the App Store and Google Play. We never see your card details.
- RevenueCat keeps track of what you have bought, using the anonymous app user ID.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and the server behind the AI assistant.
- Anthropic PBC (USA) generates AI assistant answers using its Claude models. Anthropic processes your questions to produce the answer, does not use them to train its models, and does not keep them afterwards except where its safety systems flag misuse.
- TelemetryDeck GmbH (Germany) receives anonymous usage events, only if you allow it. It never receives your IP address or device ID, and stores data only in Germany.
Tapping a supplier link opens their website, which has its own privacy policy. We may be told a click happened, but never your name.
We share data with authorities only when the law requires it. If the app is sold, its data would pass to the new owner under this policy, and we would tell you first.
Where your data goes
Anthropic and RevenueCat are in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. TelemetryDeck stores data in Germany and Cloudflare serves this app from the EU.
How long we keep it
- Data on your device stays until you delete it or remove the app.
- We do not store your AI assistant questions. Our server keeps a count of how many questions each anonymous app user ID asks, for 90 days, to enforce fair-use limits.
- Purchase records are kept for as long as tax law requires, normally six years.
- Support emails are kept for two years.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another service. You can switch usage events off at any time in the app's settings. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month.
There are no accounts to delete. Data on your phone, including your site book, is removed when you delete the app. To delete purchase records or usage counts we hold, email [email protected]. Deleting the app does not cancel Pro: cancel it in your Apple or Google account.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, or the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.
Children
SiteQuantities is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
This website
This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies. Cloudflare keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your data, such as adding cloud sync, we will tell you in the app first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
